Funding for Our Courses
We recognise that many voluntary and community organisations have restricted budgets and may find it difficult to fund training and development courses for their staff. This page gives information about any bursaries or other funding opportunities for voluntary and community organisations which may enable you to take one of our training courses.

Current Funding Opportunities
March 2010:
Summerfield Trust Training Bursaries
Available for voluntary and community groups who meet all of the criteria below. The group should be:
- A GAVCA member
- Based in the Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Stroud or the Cotswolds
- Have an income of under £20,000 per year.
Stronger Communities Partnership Bursaries
Still available for voluntary and community groups based in Cheltenham.
How to Apply
To apply for a bursary, please complete and sign the GAVCA Training Bursary Form. All sections of the form should be completed and the form returned to GAVCA Training with the GAVCA Training Booking Form.
