GAVCA

GAVCA ensures that all training rooms we use have disabled access and facilities. We are able to cater for a variety of special requirements. Please ensure that you inform GAVCA at least 5 working days before the course is due to run and record your special requirements on your booking form so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Parking

The training rooms at GAVCA in Gloucester do not have any parking facilities. Please visit the Gloucester City Council website for information on local car parks. Other venues may have parking. Please contact the venue direct for more information - venue details are provided by the course description on our website, or by contacting GAVCA.

Hearing Loop

Our training room at GAVCA has a Hearing Loop installed. Please contact us if the course you are attending is at another venue and you would like to use the Hearing Loop.

Training materials

We are able to provide training materials in large print and other formats, please let us know what requirements you have so that we can arrange this for you.

Dietary requirements

We are able to cater for most dietary requirements, for example gluten free, wheat free, vegetarian, vegan, etc. Please let us know at least 48 hours before the course so that we can contact our caterers.
