How do I book a place on a GAVCA course?

What are your payment options?

Payments should be sent prior to the course date. If you have any difficulties arranging payment before the course is due to run, please contact GAVCA Training. We are unable to issue invoices for training courses, however you can:

1. Send a cheque to: The Finance Officer, GAVCA, Beatrice Webb House, 75-81 Eastgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1PN. Please make cheques payable to GAVCA.
2. Pay via BACS: to make a BACS payment, please contact GAVCA Training and we will send you the necessary information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can only be made in writing via post or email. The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Cancellations received up to 14 days before course date: Full refund
2. Cancellations received 7 to 14 days before course date: 50% refund
3. Cancellations received less than 7 days before course date: No refund.
4. To substitute a delegate at no additional cost you should contact GAVCA in writing, 24 hours prior to the course date.

What happens on ‘course day’?

GAVCA will ensure that all training courses are administered, delivered and run in a professional and friendly way. A staff member or volunteer will be available on course day if you have any queries or require assistance. As a guide:

1. The venue will be available at least 30 minutes prior to the course start time.
2. Please arrive 15 minutes before the course is due to start for registration and refreshments.
3. If you are running late or cannot attend, please contact 01452 332424 as soon as you can.
4. Refreshments are available during break times for half day or evening courses.
5. Refreshments and a light lunch are provided for full day courses.
6. At the end of the course, the trainer will provide GAVCA Training certificates for all Learners. Accreditation certificates will be issued separately.
7. All Learners are encouraged to provide feedback, using our feedback forms, or direct to GAVCA Training.
