How to make your organisation more enterprising and sustainable

GAVCA are working in partnership with the Gloucestershire Social Enterprise Centre (SEC) in Stroud to offer Action Learning Sets for anyone who:

• Has a plan/idea that they would like to put into practice
• Needs expertise/inspiration about what approach to take
• Would like to explore possible opportunities available
• Wants to identify the challenges ahead and how to overcome them

The Action Learning Sets are made up of five sessions and will be facilitated by an experienced practitioner who will work with the group to discuss, explore and develop their plans/ideas.

At the end of the sessions, each participant will have an action plan individual to their work that they can continue to build upon and develop.

This is a new way of learning and has been proved to accelerate the learning process. It is an effective way of putting theory into practice and is supported by a facilitator with expertise in the subject area.
