Research into BME offenders
Clinks, having received funding from the Department of Communities and Local Government Tackling Race Inequalities Fund, now wishes to invite tenders from organisations, consortia or individuals with the ability to undertake research in the field of criminal justice with a particular focus on resettlement and Black and Minority Ethnic offenders. We are looking to commission research that will enable us to gain a better understanding of BME offenders’ experiences of four key resettlement service areas, so that we can make recommendations to improve access and outcomes for BME offenders. The four service areas are: Education and employment, Accommodation, Mental health services, Family services.

Interested parties should request the full tender specification from Jean Coates
