 A range of rooms in our Gloucester and Cheltenham offices can be booked for your meetings and events.
Our Interview Room (seats 3) and Meeting Room (seats 5) in our Gloucester office can be booked by the hour. Members of GAVCA are charged £5 ph, Non-Members pay £15 ph.
The Training Room (seats 50) in our Gloucester office is available for hire in blocks of four hours. This will cost GAVCA members £20 per four hours, Non-Members pay £50 per four hrs. To have the room set up in either theatre or class-room style please add £20.
If hiring a room you can also book:
- Tea urn/ crockery: £5
- Flipchart, pens and paper: £5
- Drinks (per person, per refreshment break): 50p
- Non-Members pay an additional 50% for each item hired.
