Resources at Cheltenham VCA

The Neighbourhood Resource Centre provides a focal point for voluntary and community groups in Cheltenham, and is a valuable resource to members of the sector.

The resources and services available at the Neighbourhood Resource Centre include:

- Meeting room: can be hired in blocks of 3 hours

- Meetings equipment: including flipcharts, Hearing Loops and data projectors

- Catering for meetings: usually tea and biscuits

- Photocopying: please contact us for our rates per sheet

Meeting Room:

This light and airy meeting room can seat up to twelve people in boardroom style and is easily accessible for wheelchair users.

The cost of hiring the room for three hours is £15 for Cheltenham VCA members/friends and £20 for non members.

The room has a whiteboard, flipchart stand and video and TV in situ.

 

Meetings Equipment:

Flipchart paper and pens, an overhead projector and screen and a portable hearing loop can be hired from Cheltenham VCA. A data projector is also available for use in the meeting room.

Catering for Meetings:

Tea, coffee and biscuits at 50p per person are also available but must be booked in advance.  Details of local caterers can be provided on request.
